Ecosol are pre-reduced, stabilized sulphur liquid dyes, containing carefully controlled amounts of reducing agent in order to obtain best stability in storage, and colour yield in use. Since these dyes are reduced, they have substantivity for cellulose and are therefore ready for dyeing. Ecosols are equally suitable for dyeing the cotton component of cotton rich blends.
After application on the substrate, the dyestuff is converted back into water-insoluble form by oxidation, which results in dyeing with good fastness to wet treatments.
Ecosols are versatile, and can be applied to cellulosic fabric, yarn, fiber in almost all fabric dyeing systems.
Ecofast are water insoluble sulphur dyes. These dyes have good color fastness properties except for chlorine bleaching. They also have an ability to cover immature cotton and in this respect, they are superior to most vats, reactive and direct dyes.
These fabric dyes are best suited for garment dyeing, where the user is looking to create a washed-down look.
